It's Finally Winter!

Top (Kohl's, Gift), Jeans (Aeropostle), Boots (Airwalk, Payless)

Cute little deer!
I finally got a post in!  Since starting my new job, I have been getting my butt kicked.  With the holiday season, I have been working 6 days a week and while in school it was a routine of school and work, school and work.  That's the life of a working woman I suppose, lol!
I hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas for those of you who celebrate.  Ours was wonderful and I got a ton of new clothes and shoes to wear.  It's going to be fun getting dressed for the next couple of weeks.  This winter thermal was a gift under the tree.  It reminds me of something you would wear while hanging out at the ski lodge by the fire drinking hot cocoa.
We finally got a ton of snow over the last day, so besides work, I will be hanging out in my comfy clothes most of the day and bunkering down.  How's the weather in your area?  What's your favorite thing to do in the snow?

  1. Working and school is a lot! You look very comfortable and ready to hang out with a cup of cocoa! Yesterday we had heavy rain all day, but not too cold.

  2. My favorite thing to do in the snow is...watch the snowflakes falling on TV. :) After nearly 30 years of Midwestern winters, I don't miss snow at all now that I'm a California girl. Go ahead, call me a Grinch!

I do miss some of the huge chunky sweaters I used to be able to wear in the winter. I love your reindeer! Very ski resort chic.

  3. You look cute Kayla. That new thermal is so cute & perfect for Winter. Too bad about working so much plus being a senior too. But I totally understand because I have been working 6 days a week for one full year, one of those days being a 13-hour long day always on a weekend. It sucked.

    Merry Christmas Hun.

Looking Forward to seeing all your new clothes.

  4. I love your thermal top...it's so cute! We've had some rain and dropping temperatures, but we don't get snow where we live. It's nice to see you back!
